Cancellations and Refunds
You can transfer your class booking to an alternative class date or receive a full refund up to 14 days before the class. Refunds and transfers are not available after this time unless due to extenuating circumstances. Please do not attend a class if you feel unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms – you will be offered an alternative class date if you cannot attend a class due to illness.
Every effort will be made to hold the cooking classes as per the dates advertised on the website. However, Dancing Flavours reserves the right to cancel the event up to one week before the scheduled date. Anyone affected by a cancelled class will be given the option to rebook on another date or if this isn’t possible a full refund will be given.
Gift vouchers
Dancing Flavours gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The voucher is only valid with the order number received via email at the time of purchase.
Vouchers will be emailed to you on receipt of payment via bank transfer.
