We were honoured to have a celebratory dinner catered by Wafaa recently and we were absolutely blown away by the quality (and quantity!) of the food!
Wafaa had prepared a number of beautiful dishes for us, including mains, sides, and dessert. Some of my personal highlights included a stewed aubergine, tomato, and chickpea dish where the aubergine melted in your mouth, and the spectacular fattoush salad where all eleven ingredients came together in a symphony of zingy flavours. We absolutely loaded up our plates and still went back for seconds! We were so wonderfully full after the main meal but managed to find the tiniest bit more room when we smelled the sweet, spicy aromas of stewed figs with cinnamon, cloves, and honey being prepared for our dessert. Served over yoghurt with some crumbled pistachios, this final dish had us licking the bowls clean.
Even aside from the food, we had a wonderful evening with Wafaa. She was so friendly and bubbly and it was a delight talking with her, but she was also never intrusive. The kitchen was left clean and tidy, and we were left happy and satisfied. Really couldn’t ask for anything more! 10/10     Tara Cross

Wafaa made it such a fun experience

Wafaa came to the first evening of my hen do to cook us some beautiful food and teach us a bit about Lebanese culture.  Wafaa is such a lovely person, she made us feel comfortable instantly and made it such a fun experience.  The food was absolutely amazing and Wafaa showed us some belly dancing moves at the end.  I can’t recommend Dancing Flavours enough for any event – Wafaa is simply amazing.  Thanks so much!

 

Wow, what can I say?  Wafaa is amazing

Wafaa came to my daughter’s hen party to cook her amazing food for us.  While the food was cooking she gave all the girls a belly dance class.  She dressed my daughter up before bringing her down to the rest of the hens where we showered her in rose petals.  It was a totally amazing evening.  The food was delicious and Wafaa is a lovely lady.  I highly recommend Dancing Flavours.

The flavours are out of this world!

Wafaa is wonderful, she’s so warm and kind. She catered for my mum’s birthday celebrations. The food was absolutely incredible! The flavours were out of this world. All the guests commented on how amazing the food was. It was definitely made with passion and love! Wafaa also did a belly dancing workshop with us and got all the family dancing. Everybody loved the dancing and Wafaa’s individual performance was so powerful! I highly recommend her for any event you might be having. You won’t be disappointed.    Annabel

What a gem!

Wafaa made my hen-do weekend a memorable one. She was so much fun and all the girls loved her. Her food was delightful and it catered for all our dietary needs. 

 

 

If you are thinking of booking, do it!

We booked Dancing Flavours for belly dancing and dinner for a hen-do for 21 people.  The ‘bride to be’ had belly danced before and none of the rest us had – but we certainly will again after a night with Wafaa!! It was so much fun and the food was absolutely fantastic.  A real shout our to how she managed to make incredible food for a wide range of dietary requirements.  If you are thinking about booking, do it!
